PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide radiography method and radiographic device by which image spots due to the grid can be reduced in a simple construction. SOLUTION: A mammography device 12 to be used as the radiographic device is equipped with a solid-state detector 46 for acquiring radiographic information of a subject, and a grid 52 for removing the scattered components of radiations positioned between a radiation source storage part 34 for radiating and the solid-state detector 46. The grid 52 is constituted so that it can be moved back and forth in the direction of arrow mark C and is arranged displaceable in the direction of arrow mark C1 on the solid state detector 46 by the grid moving mechanism 58.
