PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of manufacture of a game machine by simplifying the structure of a sealing mechanism of a board case to be easily formed. SOLUTION: The game machine has a circuit board and a board unit with a first case and a second case in which the circuit board is disposed. Through holes are bored in first and second sealing parts. A sealing member is to be inserted into the through holes, and is cylindrically formed of a plastic-deformable material. The sealing member has a flange on one end side of the cylindrical part to abut to the first or second case side, and a screw-engagement part on the other end side. A part of the cylindrical part is plastic-deformed by the screw-engagement of a screw-engagement means with the screw-engagement part to form a deformed part, so that the first sealing part and the second sealing part are connected and fixed to each other with the deformed part and the flange.
