An auxiliary traffic light for predicting signal change and a signaling method thereof are provided to prevent a moving vehicle from being suddenly stopped due to the sudden change of the traffic light by making a signal system of the auxiliary traffic light the same as that of a main traffic light. An auxiliary traffic light(200) for predicting signal change is located a predetermined distance apart from a main traffic light and comprises a memory part, and a control part. The memory part is stored with a command value for turning on/off lamps of the auxiliary traffic light and a main traffic light(300) at predetermined intervals. The control part controls the auxiliary traffic light and the main traffic light to be turned on/off according to the command value. The auxiliary traffic light has first to fifth lamps which are operated in a consecutive order.
