RING AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HANDLE COVER

PURPOSE: A vehicle handle cover ring and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture a handle cover ring regardless of handle size, give soft feeling due to cushion member and block vibration transmission due to vibration absorption. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle handle cover ring(1) comprises one or more pipe members(10) and one or more connecting member s(20). The pipe member consists of an inner skin member(12), an outer skin member(14) and an inner member(16). The inner and outer skin members consist of low expansion resin respectively and form the inner surface and outer surface of the pipe member. The inner member consists of high expansion resin between the inner and outer skin members. The pipe member has a cut-out part(11) to be inserted into a vehicle handle longitudinally and C-shaped cross section. The connecting member interlinks the pipe member in the ring shape.
