PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a consumption current of a regulator circuit itself. SOLUTION: Switches 14, 27-29 for turning on and off actuating currents are inserted into transistors of a reference voltage generation part 10A and a differential amplification part 20A which constitute the regulator circuit in series. A switch 15 for turning on and off connection between the reference voltage generation part 10A and the differential amplification part 20A is provided. These switches are controlled to be periodically turned on and off according to a clock signal CLK. By making timing to turn on the switch 14 put before timing to turn on the switches 15, 27 and 28, the operation of the differential amplification part 20A can be stabilized further.
