PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably hold an optical member and easily adjust the mounted state of the optical member. SOLUTION: In order to have a fixing lens hold frame 119 that holds l1 lens 105 and L2 lens 104 disposed on the optical axis of a zoom lens device 100 to be attached to a second lens barrel 110 having a mounting face opposite the fixing lens hold frame 119 in the direction of the optical axis, an inclined interval adjustment plate 122 is interposed between the fixing lens hold frame 119 and the second lens barrel 110. The inclined interval adjustment plate 122 applies pressing force to the fixed lens hold frame 119 and second lens barrel 110 so that the frame 119 and lens barrel 110 are moved apart in opposite directions.
