PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for judging the risk of restenosis development after coronary artery plasty. SOLUTION: The method for judging the risk of the restenosis development of a subject subjected to coronary artery reconstructive surgery includes a process (a) for measuring the modified low specific gravity lipoprotein (modified LDL) level in the biosample of the subject and a process (b) for comparing the measured value of modified LDL with a predetermined reference value.
