PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate maintenance check of a temperature sensor by exposing a thermometer in the inside. SOLUTION: The transfer tube 50 carries liquid helium from a refrigerator to a storage tank of the liquid helium. A plurality of the temperature sensors 98 are disposed in the inside of the transfer tube 50.
