The manufacturing method involves deforming of bristles (2) in area of bending point. The bristles are coated with adhesive medium. The abrasive particles are applied on the upper surface side of the bristles. The bristles are connected with the brush strip (1) and is fitted to a strip body (3) with its cross bar and reaches to the strip body with its handling bar.
