PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail order system using an electronic quick reference device that can promote the use of Karaoke device. SOLUTION: The electronic quick reference device 22 includes a selected music transmitting means 130 of transmitting information on touch-input music to be played to a Karaoke device 16, and a purchase application transmitting means 134 of transmitting a purchase application for an article associated with the music to be played, transmitted by the selected music transmitting means 130 to a server device 20, in response to touch entry operation. Since the server device 20 includes a purchase application receiving means 136 for receiving the purchase application transmitted by the purchase application transmitting means 134 and a value determining means 138 for determining the price of the article, corresponding to the purchase application according to the quantity of the purchase application received by the purchase application receiving means 136, mail-order business by the so-called "gathering" of articles, related to only the played music selected and transmitted by the electronic quick reference device 22 is realized.
