PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test lead connection terminal that can improve operability of a CT primary test. SOLUTION: The test lead connection terminal 10 includes a panel plate 11 made of an insulating material and a wiring section 12 made of a conductive material on a top surface of the panel plate 11. The wiring section has screw holes 13<SB>1</SB>to 13<SB>12</SB>that hand-tightened screws threadably engage, and an earth section 12<SB>E</SB>and a connection section 12<SB>C</SB>, first and second red phase lead connection sections 12<SB>R1</SB>and 12<SB>R2</SB>, first and second white phase test lead connection sections 12<SB>1W</SB>and 12<SB>2W</SB>, and first and second blue phase test lead connection sections 12<SB>1B</SB>and 12<SB>2B</SB>are normally electrically separated by the screw holes 13<SB>1</SB>to 13<SB>12</SB>, but electrically connected by threadably engaging the hand-tightened screws 15 with the screw holes 13<SB>1</SB>to 13<SB>12</SB>.
