PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent pressure for capacity of a recording medium by a plurality of recording of same contents. SOLUTION: When contents to which attribute indicating that copies of (n) times can be performed is added is received, one content is recorded in a hard disk 13 of PVR1. When it is indicated that the content is transmitted to NAS2, transmission of the same content is repeated until residual possible number of times of copy becomes 0 times. In the NAS2, the content transmitted repeatedly is recorded in a hard disk 23 respectively, after that, when it is determined that the same content is recorded in the hard disk 23 a plurality of times, copy possible numbers of the content is managed as same number of times as the number of content, while duplicated data are erased.
