PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block transfer instruction execution device for transferring data in a short processing time by suppressing consumption of an instruction storage memory, and for transferring data subjected to arithmetic processing. SOLUTION: This block transfer instruction execution device is provided with: an instruction gate circuit 10; a counter 9; a source address adder 6; a destination address adder 7; and a block transfer control circuit 8 for outputting a gating instruction to the instruction gate circuit 10 during the execution of a block transfer instruction, and for commanding the transfer of each data to an arithmetic unit 5 until the counter 9 becomes 0, and for decrementing the counter 9 each time one piece of data is transferred, and for outputting the adding command of the value to instruct the next data to the source address adder 6 and the destination address adder 7.
