PURPOSE: A network system for invigorating the transaction of intellectual property in rural areas and a dealing process thereof are provided to integrate information related to development, purchases, sales, and management in one server, thereby enabling an individual to accurately set the direction of development, purchases, sales, and management. CONSTITUTION: A central management system selects a development specialist. The central management system inputs professional opinions about the development specialist to a development database. The central management system confirms a development plan through questions and answers between a development client and the development specialist. The central management system executes the development plan and provides a preliminary decision(S8). The central management system observes the development client and suggests an opinion(S9). |
