<p>The device (1) has an adjusting and fixing device (23) activating an anti-twist device and an anti-lift device in an operating condition. The fixing device deactivates the anti-twist device and activates the anti-lift device in another operating condition and deactivates the devices in a third operating condition. A holding-down disk (12) is fixed at an upper side (13) of a sliding board body to change a position of an angle of twist (20) when the anti-twist device is deactivated, and to remove/attach a base plate (11) in a vertical direction when the anti-lift device is deactivated.</p> |
