摘要 The present invention relates to a rod holder for a minimum invasion operation for spine correction. The rod holder for a minimum invasion operation for spine correction is used to install a rod for connecting pedicle screws, which are fixed in the pedicle, to each other. The rod holder comprises a main shaft, a sliding shaft, a locking unit. The main shaft includes a guide shaft and a handle coupled with the guide shaft, wherein a rod coupling portion, with which a rod is detachably coupled, is formed at one end of the guide shaft. The sliding shaft is coupled with the main shaft to be able to slide inside the main shaft. A rod fixing part is formed at one end of the sliding shaft to protrude toward the rod coupling part, and a coupling screw part is formed at the other end of the sliding shaft. The sliding locking unit is coupled with the coupling screw part of the sliding shaft, has a link part formed inside the handle part to flow, and allows the rod fixing part to protrude toward the rod coupling part, thereby fixing the rod or canceling the fixation of the rod while the angle of the rod is adjusted. Therefore, the rods can be easily installed at the head parts of the pedicle screws, which are coupled with the spine at predetermined intervals, such that the damaged spine portion is not loosed or pressed. Furthermore, the angle of the rod can be adjusted during surgery, thereby shortening the surgical time and enabling an accurate operation.
