The present invention provides a device which measures a weight of manned cultivation crops, and transmits data generated by measuring a weight change of crops in a greenhouse in real time; and a management system including the same. The crop management system comprises: a crop weight measuring device which transmits measured data by continuously measuring changes of different weights in accordance with a growth stage of crops by being connected between the wires guiding the growth of the crops cultivated in the way of a floor bottom fixing type bed or a hanging type bed; a wireless reception unit which receives measurement data transmitted by being measured by the crop weight measuring device; and a monitoring system unit which processes data. As such, the present invention is able to monitor a tensile weight of the crops in real time by continuously measuring the tensile weight of the crops which changes in accordance with the growth stage of the crops during a manned cultivation.
