The present invention relates to a blade-based shredding device using a rotary shredding principle, used for materials to be shredded such as wood, plastic, tire, and textile materials in particular, and having a housing in which a rotor (1) and a fixed blade (2) are arranged. A sickle-shaped ram (6) with respect to the material to be shredded is placed in a curve compression wall (5), and the ram compresses or pushes the material toward the rotor (1) and/or the fixed blade (2). A wall surface of the compression wall continues at an angle of 45° to 100°, preferably 60° to 90° and more preferably 75° to 90°, from an upper end portion thereof. |
