The invention relates to rolling engineering, namely production the sheets and strips on the rolling mills. A method includes rolling with speed mismatch of working rolls. Level of mismatch is changed during rolling depending on the change of rolling effort along a breakdown bar, increasing at deviation of current efforts of rolling from nominal value until the deviation becomes zero. Also, the invention concerns a device for the method implementation. The technical result is stabilization of the effort of rolling along the breakdown bar to prevent longitudinal gage variation. |
