PURPOSE: A really reverse rotary type information for a billboard structure is provided to allow an advertising to light at day and night by supplying a luminance to the advertising in reverse rotation. CONSTITUTION: A promotional materials(10) is attached to a double sides tape or an adhesive to a body(2). A body comprises a space(21) therein. A rotating unit(3) comprises a rotational plate(31), a connection plate(32), and a driven gear(33). The rotational plate is formed in an upper part of the body. The connection plate is formed in the lower part of the body. The driven gear is formed at upper center of the rotational plate. A control unit(4) comprises a circuit board(42). The circuit board is formed in the upper part of the rotational plate. A cover(45) protects the circuit board. A remote receiver(43) is grounded to the circuit board. |
