PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide microwave heating method and device that can perform partial heating of a heating target object mounted in the heating chamber of an electronic oven with a simple configuration, and also provide partial heating of a heating target object without any complicate work.SOLUTION: It is assumed that a portion to be heated is a heating required portion and a portion to be not heated is non-heating portion. A microwave heating method comprises an information achieving step of achieving one of or both of information on a heating required portion and information on a non-heating portion as heating portion specifying information from a container, a step of specifying the position of the heating required portion of the target object based on the heating portion specifying information, a step of generating microwaves by a microwave generator constructed by using a semiconductor element, and a step of supplying microwaves into a heating chamber, and a heating step of changing the phase of the microwaves to heat the heating required portion of the target object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
