PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar light unit that can improve luminance uniformity of an emission surface, when a light guide plate is held and fixed to a housing by an elastic body.SOLUTION: The end part of a reflection sheet 14 is folded, and a reflection surface approaches the side surface of a light guide plate 12; and a reflection member 13b is provided on a surface contacting with the light guide plate 12 to an elastic body 13 inserted between the side surface of the light guide surface 12 and a housing 11. Consequently, light leaked out from the side surface of the light guide plate 12 returns to the light guide plate by the reflection sheet 14, and returns to the light guide plate by the reflection member 13b attached to the elastic body 13 even at the contact part of the elastic body 13 that the reflection sheet 14 cannot approach.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
