PURPOSE: A semiconductive ink composition is provided to increase surface tension while not diversifying the structure, molecular weight and/or loading of the semiconductive ink materials themselves, and to be useful in the manufacture of a top gate thin film transistor. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductive ink composition comprises a semiconductive material including a thiophene moiety of chemical formula (A), a first solvent, and a second solvent which can be mixed with the first solvent, has the same or larger surface tension as or than that of the first solvent and solubility of 0.1 wt% or less at a room temperature. In chemical formula (A), R1 is selected from alkyl and substituted alkyl. |
