The present invention relates to a speed reducer for a vehicle. The present invention comprises: a worm shaft bearing having an inner wheel coupled to an end part of a worm shaft engaged with a worm wheel, an outer wheel coupled to the inner circumferential surface of a gear housing, and a ball coupled between the inner wheel and the outer wheel; a motor boss having a coupling hole and an insertion hole, wherein a motor shaft of a motor is inserted into the coupling hole and the worm shaft is inserted into the other side of the coupling hole; and a damping member coupled between an side surface of the inner wheel and a side surface of the motor boss to be elastically supported in the axial direction. |
