The present invention relates to health food comprising any two ingredients among the group consisting of ginseng, wormwood, malt, rice, sweet pumpkin, sweet potato, Platycodon grandiflorum root, pear, and jujube; and to a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the health food increases an immune function. Also, the health food is provided in an enriched solution form which is easily ingested. Thus, the health food is expected to be remarkably useful as health food for contemporary people. |
