The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating prostate cancer, containing vitisin A and tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL) as active ingredients. According to the present invention, the composition is effective in preventing or treating prostate cancer, since the composition brings significant synergetic effects on killing prostatic cancer cell in conjunction with the use of the two active ingredients.
