The present invention relates to a recombinant expression vector pEUI(+) comprising GAL4-VP16-EcR fusion gene, 10X upstream activating sequence (UAS), and multiple cloning sites (MCS), and to a method for regulating expression of a transgene using the same. A pEUI(+) gene inducible system of the present invention: has high sensitivity and reversibility, and low leaky expression; includes a singular vector including entire control units required for chemical inducement to the transcription of a target gene; and can induce coherent gene expression by an inducer.
