The present invention relates to a method for producing indium zinc tin oxide (IZTO) and a method for producing a solar cell including the same. To this end, the method comprises the following steps: (a) preparing a sputtering target; (b) depositing the IZTO on a glass substrate; and (c) applying heat to the deposited IZTO in the presence of argon. According to the present invention, the method can bring electrical properties similar to ITO while reducing the content of indium, compared to an existing counterpart.
