The present invention relates to a cooler with a transparent display. The present invention comprises: a body forming a predetermined space and storing an article in the space; a cooling device installed in the body, and formed to supply cooled air into the space; a door installed in the body to open and close the space; and a transparent display assembly installed on the door to provide predetermined information about the article. The transparent display assembly includes: a transparent display panel; a dispersion plate placed in the rear of the transparent display panel, and scattering incident light from a side part; and a light source emitting the light from the side part of the dispersion plate to the inside. The present invention is capable of controlling the transparency of the dispersion plate depending on a distance between a user and the cooler in order to selectively show the article to the user.
