The present invention relates to a system for disassembling a wasted display device, which can effectively disassemble a waste display device, such as a television monitor or a computer monitor, in order to recycle the waste display. The system for disassembling a wasted display device in order to recycle the same comprises: a waste display stacking unit which stacks waste display devices; a server in which disassembly manuals for the respective display devices stacked in the waste display stacking unit have been stored; an uploading unit which takes one of the waste display devices out of the waste display stacking unit, and transfers the waste display device; a model recognition unit which recognizes a model of the waste display device transferred from the uploading unit; an operation unit which performs an operation of disassembling the waste display device transferred from the model recognition unit, and in which a monitor is installed; a control unit which specifies the model of the waste display device recognized by the model recognition unit, selects a disassembly manual for the specified model from the server by using the monitor of the operation unit, and outputs the selected disassembly manual to the monitor of the operation unit; and a transfer unit which transfers the waste display device, taken out of the uploading unit, to the model recognition unit, and transfers the waste display device from the model recognition unit to the operation unit.
