The present invention relates to a welding pipe supporting and fixing device. A configuration thereof includes: a supporting plate preventing the deformation of a pipe-shaped base material to be welded by supporting a lower part of the base material; a transferring unit positioned in a lower side of the supporting plate and moving the supporting plate upward and downward; and a fixing means fixing a position of the base material by supporting both sides of an upper part of the base material supported by the supporting plate. The welding pipe supporting and fixing device is capable of preventing the deformation of the pipe-shaped base material even though a load of the other base material connected to the pipe-shaped base material heated in a welding process is applied to the pipe-shaped base material by fixating the pipe-shaped base material using the fixing means and stably supporting the lower part of the welded base material using the supporting plate in the process of welding and joining the other base material with the pipe-shaped base material. Thus, an effect of minimizing defective products is obtained. In addition, the welding pipe supporting and fixing device is capable of adjusting a position of a seating unit of the fixing means by using an adjusting means, thereby easily seating and fixing the base materials with various lengths. Thus, an effect of obtaining the generality for using the device is obtained. |
