PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic solar cell that can be easily and simply prepared, has simple configuration and excellent durability, can prevent aggregation of an organic semiconductor, requires no excess use of fullerene, and has an improved short circuit current density and an improved fill factor.SOLUTION: The organic solar cell includes: a bulk hetero layer made of a combination of fullerene and (thiophene/phenylene) co-oligomer between two electrode layers, at least one of which is a transparent electrode layer; and a super-thin layer with a thickness of less than 10 nm made of (thiophene/phenylene) co-oligomer on one surface of the bulk hetero layer. The organic solar cell can be easily and simply prepared, has simple configuration and excellent durability, can prevent aggregation of an organic semiconductor, requires no excess use of fullerene, and has an improved short circuit current density and an improved fill factor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
