PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single-shaft combined cycle power plant, and more specifically, a turbine shaft arrangement particularly suitable for large capacity turbines.SOLUTION: A single-shaft combined cycle power plant 10 has a shaft 30 on which a gas turbine 12, a medium pressure steam turbine 14, a low pressure steam turbine 16, a generator 20, and a high pressure steam turbine 18 are sequentially located.
