PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cement mortar for building material capable of supplying cement mortar which has excellent adhesiveness to a resin foam having a lath body arranged thereon, and can supply an incombustible building material while a core material is a resin foam.SOLUTION: Cement mortar for building material is cement mortar for forming a mortar layer on the surface of a resin foam having a lath body arranged thereon. The cement mortar contains 15-30 pts.wt. of fly ash II group with respect to 100 pts.wt. of a cement component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
