PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart moderate softness to a seat pad without extremely worsening the design of a seat.SOLUTION: A vehicle seat is so constructed that: a seat pad 6P has integrally a body part 10 forming a seat appearance, and seat parts 21 and 22 constituting seat surfaces of the seat pad 6P; a plurality of spot-like or linear pillar portions 31a-31j and 32a-32j are provided at a proper interval on at least one-side surface of surfaces 21R and 22R facing the body part of the seat parts 21 and 22, and the seat part of the body part 10; and the seat parts 21 and 22 receive pressing force from a seat side and is recessed and deformed toward the body part 10 while deforming the pillar portions 31a-31j and 32a-32j. Seat surfaces 21F and 22F of the seat pad 6P formed by the seat parts 21 and 22 are in a flat state with small irregularities, compared to the one-side surfaces 21R and 22R provided with the pillar portions 31a-31j and 32a-32j.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
