PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration device that can shorten time of a reverse-cycle defrosting operation and prevent a failure in a compressor.SOLUTION: The refrigeration device includes a controller 120 for executing defrost starting control where an in-compartment expansion valve (refrigerant backflow prevention mechanism) 72 provided in a liquid line on an outlet side of an in-compartment heat exchanger 71 so as to be capable of opening and closing is closed at start of the reverse-cycle defrosting operation, and after the start of the reverse-cycle defrosting operation, the in-compartment expansion valve is opened when the pressure of the in-compartment heat exchanger decreases to a first prescribed pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
