PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise apparatus that generates magnetic resistance by generating relative displacement by towing a magnetic element and a conduction element adjacent to each other, and avoids generation of friction and inertia of a unit.SOLUTION: An exercise apparatus 100 includes a base 110, an operation device 130 movably provided to the base 110, and at least one magnetic resistance device 140 connected to the operation device 130 and the base 110 for providing magnetic resistance by the operation of the operation device 130. The exercise apparatus 100 can generate the magnetic resistance by a user's towing while in use, and generation of inertia by feedback can be avoided, thereby improving safety in use.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
