THE PM-EXCITED TRANSVERSE FLUX LINEAR MOTOR STRUCTURE WITH C-TYPE LAMINATED STEEL

PURPOSE: A permanent magnet-excited transverse flux linear motor with a C-type laminated steel is provided to easily manufacture a transfer unit and a fixing unit by molding steels, permanent magnets and a coil for the transfer unit and steels for the fixing unit with a nonmagnetic and conductive resin. CONSTITUTION: A transfer unit(10) includes steels(11), permanent magnets(12) and a coil(13). The steels are alternately arranged. The coil is wound around the steel and the both legs of the permanent magnets. An air gap is formed between a fixing unit(20) and the transfer unit. The fixing unit is arranged to the transfer direction of the transfer unit. C-type steels are laminated in order to form a C-type laminated steel.
