The invention relates to a system for monitoring persons under guardianship, comprising: personal identification elements (11, 12,..., 1n) that can be carried by persons under guardianship; personal identification elements (11, 12,..., 1n) installed in places in which the person under guardianship regularly moves; a remote control centre (4) to which the reading terminals (21, 22,... 2n) are connected and which includes a computer system, having means (41) for transmitting and receiving communications, a database (42) for storing identification data of the persons under guardianship and the contact data of the guardians, and a software which manages the information and, according to a number of rules of conduct, automatically generates and sends a message to a terminal (31, 32,..., 3n) of the corresponding guardian when same detects a determined event relating to a person under guardianship and taking into account the rules of conduct. |
