[Problem] To provide a polymerizable composition having good dispersibility of quantum dots and excellent initial brightness and brightness endurance, a wavelength conversion member, a backlight unit, and a liquid crystal display device. [Solution] A polymerizable composition containing quantum dots, monomers comprising epoxy groups or oxetanyl groups, and a polymer dispersion, wherein the polymer dispersion is a compound represented by general formula I. In general formula I: A is an organic group having a coordinating group that coordinates to a quantum dot; Z is an organic linking group with a valency of (n + m + l); X1 and X2 are single bonds or divalent organic linking groups; R1 represents an alkenyl group, alkynyl group, or alkyl group optionally having a substituent; and P is a polymer chain that includes a polymer backbone having a degree of polymerization of at least 3 and a solubility parameter of 17 MPa1/2 to 22 MPa1/2, inclusive. n and m are each independently 1 or more, l is 0 or more, and n + m + l is an integer of 2 to 10, inclusive. |
