Provided is a seat belt device configured so that a guide member has a required minimum length and so that the dislocation of the guide member from a housing can be prevented. A pretensioner (19) is provided with a housing (30) for accommodating a cable (23) so that the cable (23) can be pulled into the housing (30), the cable (23) having one end connected to a lap anchor (21). The housing (30) is provided with: a cable introduction passage (31) for introducing the cable (23) into the housing (30); and a damper (40) installed in the cable introduction passage (31) and guiding the cable (23). The cable introduction passage (31) is provided with a groove (37) into which, during the mounting of the damper (40) into the cable introduction passage (31), at least a part of the damper (40) can fit while being elastically deformed. |
