PURPOSE: Codonopsis lanceolata concentrate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer beneficial effects for improving physical and medicines to aid virility without specific taste or flavor of Codonopsis lanceolata. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of Codonopsis lanceolata concentrate includes the following steps: mixing Codonopsis lanceolata juice 65 wt%, oligosaccharide 10wt%, white sugar 20wt% and honey 5wt%; manufacturing a first fermented Codonopsis lanceolata liquid mixture by fermenting a mixture; manufacturing a second Codonopsis lanceolata liquid mixture by mixing the first fermented Codonopsis lanceolata liquid with oligosaccharide and honey; sterilizing and heating the second Codonopsis lanceolata liquid(S140); wrapping the second Codonopsis lanceolata liquid by injecting the second Codonopsis lanceolata liquid in a glass bottle(S150).
