PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a spring or a valve from unstably acting by a fed pressure when pressure of a pressurizing chamber is fed into a spring storing space having a spring set to bias a valve disposed between a valve stopper and the valve in a closing direction.SOLUTION: This invention is constituted in such a way that an equalization hole disposed between a valve and a valve stopper for connecting between a spring storing space and a surrounding fluid passage is provided at the valve stopper positioned between the valve and a pressurizing chamber and an opening at a side of the spring storing space of the equalization hole is opened at an inner position than a spring diameter. With this arrangement, since pressure in the pressurizing chamber can be introduced inside the spring, it is possible to eliminate unstable action of the spring or valve by fed pressure and a force applied to the valve when the valve is closed is stabilized, so that it is possible to stabilize a closing timing of the valve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3(A)
