<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand recording capacity of an optical disk. <P>SOLUTION: An information optical system 150 of an optical disk device is configured to sequentially output specific peak light LEP and specific slope light LES as information light beams LM from a semiconductor laser 3, and refract them with refractive angles which are mutually different with a wedge prism 161. In a recording layer, an overlapping range of an absorption variation region RA based on the specific peak light LEP and an energy concentration region RE based on the specific slope light LES can be reduced, and the length of surface direction dr of a record mark RM in the recording layer can be reduced, thereby increasing information recording density in the optical disk. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
