<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a control panel, the form of each member of which is simple and moreover, which can be used in common with other members and the storage space for which required for storage as a stock is small, and the efficiency of storage place for which is proper and the work efficiency in the manufacturing method of whose member and in the assembling process of which is proper, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The control panel includes: an attachment panel to which control equipment is to be attached; a floor panel which forms the bottom of the control panel; a ceiling panel which forms the topside of the control panel and is in the same form as the floor panel; pillar panels which are erected each between the four corners of the floor panel and the four corners of the ceiling panel and show vertically symmetrical form and have panel mounts and are in the same form with one another; and gussets, each of which is allotted to engaging section between the floor panel and the pillar panel and the engaging section between the ceiling panel and the pillar panel and are identical in form to each other.
