PURPOSE: An electronic toll collection terminal is provided to prevent traffic jamming of a tollgate by allowing a vehicle installed with an electronic toll collection terminal to use a general lane when the vehicle enters a general lane. CONSTITUTION: A toll road passage ticket reader(110) reads a pass ticket obtained in a toll road entrance of the general lane as a vehicle enters the general lane. A central processor(140) calculates charge using the entry information received from the toll road passage reader and the exiting information received from an exiting tollgate. A radio communications unit(120) implements an entry tollgate, an exiting tollgate, and a radio communication. A smart card input unit(130) electrically settles accounts calculated by the central processing unit. |
