PURPOSE:To perform suture with one operation with the mucous membrane coupled by eliminating structure in the inside of a part to be sutured when an internal tube is sutured. CONSTITUTION:When the cut part of a separated internal tube P are sutured, the cut parts of the internal tube P are held in a state in which they are expanded in collar shape to the outside by an annular tube holding part 2, and expanded parts are superimposed, and superimposed and expanded in collar shape parts are sutured with the one operation by the needle of a stapler embedded in a pressing side holding body 3 and a needle receiving groove formed on a receiving side holding body 4 which comprise the tube holding part 2. After the suture is performed, the internal tube P can be taken out by expanding those pressing side holding body 3 and receiving side holding body 4 in a direction to release the annular part of the holding part 2. |
