<p>PURPOSE:To enable reliable fusion by introducing a plurality of webs into the forward passage of a conveyor belt in a superposed state from the start end thereof and heating the same in the first half zone of the conveyor belt by a heating zone. CONSTITUTION:Superposed webs W1, W2 run along with the running of both conveyor belts 1a, 1b and, at first, they are heated by heating means 2a, 2b in the first half zone of a forward passage and the web W2 becomes a softened or molten state to be fused to the web 1 and both webs 1, 2 are passed through the gap between a press bonding roll 3 and a fixed roll 3' to be uniformly laminated and subsequently cooled in the latter half zone of the forward passage by cooling means 4a, 4b. The fused laminate L led out of the terminal of the forward passage of both conveyor belts 1a, 1b is taken up by feed rolls 8a, 8b to be cut by a shearing cutter 9.</p> |
