<p>PURPOSE:To enable efficiently removing wild yeast, mold, bacteria, etc., which have stuck to a beverage line by providing a rinsing-sterilizing-water container in a setup to actuate a liquid-sending pump by means of a gas fed from a gas bomb connected to a dispense head. CONSTITUTION:In rinsing and sterilizing a dispenser 1 for beer a dispense head 2 detached from a beer barrel 10 is attached to an attachment seat 9 and a sponge-containing cock 14 is opened. Next a rinsing-sterilizing-water container 7 is filled with city water and, after starting a liquid-sending pump 8 by means of a gas from a gas bomb 4, the head 2 is so manipulated as to discharge beer remaining in the beer line. Next the container 7 is filled with reducing water in place of city water. Subsequent to the replacement of city water by reducing water, the container 7 is filled with city water again. the sponge- containing cock 14 is so manipulated as to make the sponge flow through the beer line with a flow of city water so that matter sticking to the inside surfaces of the beer line is removed and the cleaning is done through contact of the sponge therewith.</p> |
