The implant has a collagen sponge based bioresorbable porous matrix defining pores, where the collagen is a mixture of rapid in-vivo bioresorption collagen e.g. oxide collagen, and slowly in-vivo bioresorption collagen. Porous three dimensional knitted fabric defines other pores, where the two sets of pores are partially interconnected between each other. A part of the porous three dimensional knitted fabric is non-bioresorbable. The porous three dimensional knitted fabric has front and rear faces connected between each other by strut. The slowly in-vivo bioresorption collagen is collagen reticulated with reticulation agent e.g. glutaraldehyde, 2,3 glycidyl ether, carbodiimide, divinyl sulfone, hexamethylene diisocyanate or acyl azide.
